cholesterol to hiest levels
This time I when to a medical lab when they make me a couple of tests… just to see how my body is working, to be more precisely 8 medical analysis they made to me. The good news are that 6 of 8 are just Perfect or at least no soo bad :D, but the BAD point is what my doctor told me: ” There are 3 types of cholesterol Normal, Low ( LDL ) and Hight ( HDL ) “, then the bad news was that 2 of them are bad: The Normal and Low ( LDL ) cholesterols.
And I decide to change so many things in my way to eat … 1th no more milk or any derivative of it, more salads more fruits, more natural food …. When I went to this medical analysis my weight was 85.5 Kg, now two weeks after all this change and whit a new way to eat…. I mean eat good food …. well my weight is now 80 km, I lost 5.5 Kg just eating balanced food…. amassing NOTE: Is not a diet !! … so I just waiting for 15 more days to repeat my medical analysis again and see whats going on, but sincerely I feel much much better now !, to be honest I feel really good. ![]()
