Finally, we got it, is Alive ! from BASIS view no problems at all, I’m hardly working in get a maximum SAP performance, it is a hard work, they are a lot of parameters involved. Additionally I’ve a close eye at EarlyWatch into the SAP SOLMAN, which is very very nice.
Now our internal users ( Key Users ) are finishing the operational setups, they now understand why IT areas spend a lot of time working late at nights fixing issues that can not been resolved during the day… I hope this can change their minds and understand why we do what we do, not without mention that we are seating for ours reading logs to keep application/systems up & running
